A 3/4 trim length, semi-rigid device designed to fit low volume or dress type shoes. This orthotic features a low heel cup depth, narrow width, and intrinsic posting to ensure proper fit. Can also be made into “cobra” design to fit pumps or other narrow footwear that do not have removable insoles. A black 3/4 length top cover is added to enhance to look and provide a comfortable interface with the patients foot. Designed for designed for low volume shoes, however, it can be used in other footwear if needed.
