Another low profile accommodative orthotic designed to be ultra low weight for running and or hiking activities. A firm Plastazote shell is constructed in much the same manner as a functional device. This shell is then covered with perforated Poron to provide cushioning and comfort. This device is easily modifiable with only a heat gun. The extra firm Plastazote provides much of the benefits of Cork, without the increase in weight.
